1 How to Apply 

Online applications are available for students. You must first select a course after reading the website's comprehensive description of the tuition costs and available courses. Once you've selected a course, please email us the following files:

• A copy of an ID card or international passport that is at least two years old

• a copy of the certificate from higher secondary school (with subject details)

2 Get an invitation letter 

To get an invitation letter the above-mentioned documents are important if things go well then students will get an invitation letter. It would be sent to you only when you have submitted the fees The Federal Migration Service sends out invitations, and it takes 35 to 45 days for them to arrive.

3 Visa 

The student should get in touch with the closest Russian Embassy or Consulate in his or her country upon receiving an invitation letter from Orel State University, depending on the university's location.

The visa requirements are as follows:

  • Completed application 

  • Original passport, with a minimum validity of two years

  • A secondary school certificate bearing an Apostille stamp or attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

  • An HIV/AIDS test, as certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

  • An official invitation letter sent through Orel State University by the Russian Federation's Federal Migration Services

  • Two 3.5 × 4.5 passport-sized photos

4 Arrival

• Following the issuance of a visa by the Embassy or Consulate, students are required to notify us of their flight information, including the day and time of arrival.

• The student will be met by one of their staff at the airport.(Sometimes student's MBBS abroad consultant staff are also there to help out the students.)

• The Russian immigration authorities will deport the students back to their country of origin if they fail to notify them of their arrival.

5 Admission and classes 

This is the last stage when the classes start and students have to work hard and study well.
