Step 1: How to Apply

Students can apply online. After reviewing all of the information on the website concerning tuition fees and courses, you must first select a course. After choosing the course, please provide us with the following documents by email:

• Completed application form.

• A copy of an international passport or ID card (valid for at least two years).

• Copy of the Higher Secondary School Certificate (with topic specifics)

Step 2: How to Get an Invitation Letter

To obtain an invitation letter from any Orel State Medical University in Russia, we need the following documents:

• Completed application form.

• A copy of an international passport (valid for at least one year).

• A copy of the school certificate (with topic data)

• The invitation letter costs USD 400, and the courier charges USD 100.

• Secondary school certificate (attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or with an Apostille stamp).

• Aids/HIV test (attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs).

• An official invitation letter provided by the Federal Migration Services of the Russian Federation via Orel State University

• Two passport-sized photos (3.5 x 4.5).

Step 4: ARRIVAL.

After receiving a visa from the Embassy or Consulate, students should notify us of their travel details, including the date and arrival time. One of our representatives will meet the student at the airport. If the student fails to notify us of his or her arrival, the Russian Immigration Authorities will deport him or her to his or her native country.

Step 5: Admission and the start of classes.

Every student should provide his or her original full paperwork, as well as a payment receipt for the entire first year's fees. Students must enroll at an Orel State Medical University within three working days after arriving in Russia. The International Department must receive the admission confirmation letter's documents and first-year fees from the student in Russia. The International Relations office will complete admission and registration in 1-3 days, allowing you to start classes. Also, the International Office will extend the Home Office visa. You can start studying in 4-5 days once our International Office staff completes the documentation.
